From your idea to your carton, in seven moves
No part of this is subcontracted. Each step below happens in the same building, which is why a change request does not turn into a week of emails between three suppliers.

Twelve ways to put a design on a case
Most suppliers offer three and outsource the rest. If your artwork needs a process we do not run, we say so — and we tell you which of the twelve gets closest, and why.
01UV Flatbed Printing
Cheapest way in. From 10 pcs per design, samples in 3–5 days, optional raised relief.
02IMD — In-Mould Decoration
Ink sealed behind the plastic. Cannot scratch, lift or fade. Flat, partial or full wrap.
03Water Transfer Printing
Reaches the outer edge and the side texture, where film-based printing cannot follow.
043D Sublimation
Full wrap on rigid PC in one heat cycle. The only way to wrap a hard shell completely.
05Screen Printing
Solid colour and bold line work. Best unit price at volume; a plate charge per colour.
06Pad Printing
Small logos and fine type on curved surfaces, including the side wall.
07Hot Stamping
Metallic gold, silver and copper with a true mirror finish.
08Epoxy Doming
Raised, glassy logo with a physical 3D feel under the thumb.
09Laser Engraving
Marking cut into leather, PC and coated shells — no ink to wear off.
10Electroplating
Mirror chrome, brushed metal and two-tone finishes, without a metal shell.
11Spray Painting
Soft-touch, matte, rubber and metallic finishes, plus colour matching.
12In-Mould Embossing
Texture that comes from the steel itself — CNC relief or moulded grain.

The factory
We cut the mould, then we mould on it
This is the part that separates a factory from a trading company: the tooling shop and the injection floor are on the same site, and the people who cut the tool are the people who run it. When a part warps at T1, there is no argument about whose fault it is — there is one team and one building.

Before you write
The five questions buyers ask first
What is your minimum order?
10 pieces per design for UV printing, 20 per design for IMD, and 500 per design for water transfer, which is hand-dipped. Per phone model, the floor is 100 pieces. Different processes have different economics — that is why the number moves.
Do you charge for tooling?
If your artwork goes onto a phone model we already run, there is no tooling charge and no plate charge. If the model is new to us, we cut the tool and spread its cost into the unit price — or you buy the mould outright, from US$450, and own it.
How fast can I see a sample?
3–5 days for UV printing, 5–7 days for most other methods. Sample cost is credited against your first bulk order.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you share a single file. We do not disclose artwork, designs or product information to any third party without your written consent.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
A factory. 45 injection machines and a mould shop in Panyu, Guangzhou, since 2003. Ask for a video call and we will walk you through the floor — or come and see it.
